Moving question

I will be moving in April and I need to know will I wake up that morning and not have any internet? I won't be moving until later in the morning the next day and then I will be having additional issues setting up all of my services at my new address

@user_8fnvjv Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. This is a fantastic question! The day you set up for your services to be disconnected is the day they will be disconnected. Typically it does happen in the morning. If you are not going to be moving until the next day, I would recommend moving your disconnect and connect date to reflect the actual move day. I am more than happy to help you with this. Please send us your full name and address to Xfinity Support. 

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon 
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
