Moving out after breakup w/ Fiance

How do i transfer the account into my ex-partners name / off of mine? I am moving out after having paid for the internet for us for 2 years, and she wants to continue service at existing apartment without having to cancel / sign back up. I only see options if I was moving with the plan with me.

user_crdlxp Hello, and welcome to Xfinity Forums! We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to our team for assistance with a change of ownership. I'd be happy to help you. To begin, please send a Direct Message with your name, and the service address we will be working with today.

Click "Sign In" if necessary.
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.

user_crdlxp Great question! Once you sign in, you should see it at the top right corner.
