Moving, need overlap in second address before first one is deactivated

Hi,

I am moving but I have about a month of overlap between the two addresses and I want to retain service at my current address for a few weeks after I activate the new address.

Thanks

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@

I am happy to help you get that all set up! Did you already set up the transfer with us to the new address? If you don't mind, can I get a DM with your name and your address and I can help you look into this for you?

@XfinityJosephB No I haven't set up the move, as the online request process wouldn't let me overlap the dates of service. I will send a DM - thanks.

@XfinityJosephB Your username does not show up as an option to select when I type it in on the DM tool - is there some other process I can follow or a different address I can DM? Thank you.

Ah, I see what you are saying, I'm sorry for the confusion! Any name on the list is an expert at what they do so you are more than welcome to reach out and we can all help you!

I no longer work for Comcast.

If you can't seem to get a DM sent here, then you can also go to Facebook and Twitter as well. You can always send us a DM there as well.

@user_0aed09

You need to send that message to the collective name of Xfinity Support.
