Moving internationally, need to cancel service

Recently moved to England and am selling our home in the US, so need to cancel the service. Tried to do it through the app but it required a US address as the moving-to address for it to work. Similarly, tried to schedule a phone call but it wouldn’t work with my UK phone number. Now that I’m already abroad, how can I cancel my internet service?

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
