moving in same bulding

im on the first floor on my curent apartment 119 but they have given me a room on the 4th floor what do i need to do to have service in my 2 rooms  i want to move the internet up to the 4th floor onley need tv in the lower room the hole apart/ bulding for now is all xfinity so i think i could just bring my box to the upper floor?

@nick9999999 Thank you so much for reaching out to us here with your questions! If your address is not changing with the move, you can relocate the modem to any activated outlet in the apartment. If the desired outlet is not activated we can get a technician scheduled to come out and help!

I am also moving in the same complex but my street address IS changing but NOT the zip code. We have BULK service.

I spoke to 5 people over 1.5 hours last night and still don't have a work order. HELP PLEASE!
