@user_bwejht Thanks for creating a post and congrats on the move. Unfortunately, we don't have a real process to place the account on hold. Depending on how long it would be until you are transferring the service to your new address, we can either leave the account active, which will still give you access to connect to WiFi Hotspots and keep the same plan and rate, or we can disconnect the account if it will be a long period before you move in.
