Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello @user_6f36ed just for clarification on the line that is on the home. Is that aerial connection or is the line coming in form a tap that needs relocating on the construction?

It is an overhead line from the alley to the house. It will be in the way with our construction and can just be moved down the line a little to the same connection point on the house

Lines can be moved on the home, but there may be a charge for that request. We can submit this request to the local team, and they will contact you about moving the line. We would need a direct message from you to gather some information about the location and your points of contact.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

I did all of this as directed and had someone say I would be contacted - over a week ago. I have had no communication from Comcast except for the ENDLESS sales calls. Can anyone follow up??
