Moving experience with Xfinity
We’ve been with Xfinity for about 5 years at our old home for internet service. 3 weeks ago we moved into a new home and as part of our move I filled out “transfer service” request with Xfinity.
I am still without internet because I had an Xfinity staff member cancel my original appointment and account when I tried to reschedule the appointment
After resigning up for service as a new customer and selecting an install appointment , I just got a call that they need to cancel my appointment today and can’t be out for another two days
At this point we’ve been without home internet for 3 weeks and I’ve lost 2 days of work waiting for appointments that got cancelled
If I had another choice we would 100% be swapping service providers
Xfinity customer service - both AI and real people - are some of the most unhelpful and frustrating experiences with any company I’ve had to deal with
