Moving Customer Service Agents?

Anyone getting multiple phone calls about their moving service? Then not getting the help they need after multiple voice messages. I scheduled my move for my internet service but received phone calls and voice message to contact Comcast, and then when I reach back I am put on hold. I reach out via chat too and was left alone for over 10 mins. 

Any feedback will be welcome.

I hope this move will go smoothly.
