Moving, cancel internet and add to brothers acct?

I have home Internet and phone in another state and have moved living with my brother who also is a customer so I’d like to cancel the home Internet and add phone to his existing account

Hello @user_kexu52. Are you wanting to add phone to an account that is not yours? If you are not the manager or primary account holder, we can not process that. They would need to contact us directly.
