moving but address not working
I am moving into a building that already has wifi routers. The issue is when i put in my new address in, it makes me click on one of the other apartment numbers, not letting me put in my own. i need to put in my apartment number on the moving form but the website will not let me. i’m moving in 4 days please help!

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (top right corner)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
