Moving and would like new service to start same day
Hi, I'm moving at the end of the month and I have already set up the service to stop on 5/30. I see that the start service date is 5/31 though, and would like to activate my equipment on the same day as the service stops since that is the same day I move-in, is that possible?

Hello @kaicchan, thanks for reaching out for help with your transfer. The move dates that are set on the work order are tentative. So once you are at the new location all you need to do is hook up your equipment, and you will be prompted to activate it. Once that is done the transfer order will be automatically completed, and you will be all set at your new location.
