Moving and new location is listed as not serviceable
Hello, I am moving in a few months and the new address comes up as not serviceable. How can I have someone evaluate the new address to determine if service can be added. I am only moving about a mile from my current location, but there is service as close as 1/4 mile from the new location.

Hello, @user_iydg1q how are you? Thanks for considering bringing Xfinity service with you to the new address. Most likely the address is out of our service area, but we can double-check. Just send us a direct message with the new address, so we can take a closer look. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
