Moving and Need to End Services [Edited]

I am moving and need to end services i tried to use the chat AI box but that did not help so i requested to get a call back and every time i do no one reaches out to me. I move friday May 29th and i would like that to be my last day of service. you can contact me back by phone. [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
