Moving and Need to Cancel but can't

Brilliant move.   I wonder how much money xfinity makes by making it so difficult to cancel.   They already have two weeks on me at least.

PLEASE CANCEL MY SERVICE.    JUST BECAUSE YOU DON'T GIVE AN EASY WAY TO DO IT, DOESN'T MEAN IT CAN BE LEFT UNDONE.

How do I make this happen?    The "send a message" thread is now outdated.
