Moving and Finding Current Plan Issues

I would like to speak with someone about moving my service to a new address. The representative kept telling me they were giving me a promotion when I just want the same service to a new address.

Also I cannot find where the terms of my current plan are in my account. Best I can do is from when it was originally sent to my email.
