Moving address but keeping history
Just about the worst customer service imaginable. I have been with Xfinity since 2016 but moved address in 2021 so thats the reason for me being downgraded to Gold instead of platinum and now having to pay for Peacock, this cannot be accurate surely. Even Xfinity are not that dumb surely. 20 agents tried and failed to help. Come on Xfinity, do better.

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
