Moving a connection box.

What is the process for having an above-ground connection box relocated?

The connection box for my and my neighbor's houses is located right where the driveways meet. Because of this, guests of my neighbor are constantly running over the box and knocking out the cable and internet to my house and in some cases half the street. It has had to be replaced multiple times (twice in the last couple of months) and the problem could be solved by moving the box to a different location.

Now that I am working from home full time, a solid internet connection is essential.

I have spoken with nearly every technician that has come to replace the box and none can offer any insight. They just replace the box and the cycle repeats.

I am fine with them moving the box to literally any location on my property.

Good morning, @Macleod57. I work from home myself, so I know how important the internet is. I can understand with wanting to get this moved to a different location. We can submit a ticket to get this done if possible. Please send me a PM with your name and address so I can get the ball rolling.

@XfinityKorie I have the same problem with the pedestal that is at the base of my driveway.  There is literally just a y-splitter in the box, can this be put into a below ground vault?
