What had happened to Channel 221 Movies! I had it a couple of days ago and now it’s gone.

Good afternoon user_14x1oq. Have you made any changes to your service recently? Are you getting any error codes like XRE or RDK?

I have made no changes and there are no error codes. Just a black screen and no sound. Same for cable box and streaming
