Movie Rental Will Not Load
I rented a movie from Xfinity yesterday, but the video failed to load. I received this message on the screen:
This video isn't loading. Check your Internet connection and try again. If you're using WiFi, you can try switching to Ethernet and check that all cables are tightly connected to your modem and cable outlet. ENT-22019
My Internet connection was fine because my other apps were streaming content.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
