Moved into house. Called to have service transferred on 7/22/26. Rep had talked me through several steps to try to fix over phone. Nothing worked. She said recommended changing my plan to a better deal that would be better at a cheaper monthly plan for 5 yrs. Afterwards she made an appointment for a tech to come fix issues at no charge since we could not resolve issue over phone, appt was for 7/24/26 between 3-5pm. No one came and no one called. When I called to see what happened I spoke to a guy who said he was trying to get an appt for someone to come. In the meantime he said he would offer me free internet services through my phone and devices until tech can come fix issue. He had me download something on my phone, said we had to hang up while it downloaded, and he would call me back in 15 min to complete the services to complete the process. I never got a call back. I called AGAIN today to see what was going on and if he had ever made an appointment for me, no there is no appt. The rep today said next appt isn't until 7/28/26 and that this time someone will come. Did not have an answer as to why no one came on the 24th or why I didn't get a call back yesterday. At this point I feel the previous 2 reps just wanted to get me to agree to some kind of services, nothing was done correctly, I still have no service, unsure on what rep had me download onto my phone other than some kind of Esim which unsure really will have no cost charge attached to it. Extremely upset, frustrated and disappointed.
