Moved to new location, but internet is offline

I recently transferred my xfinity modem to a new location. The rest of the lights are all on and/or blinking, but the online light is completely off. I would appreciate any help with this!

@user_20ab2e, Thank you for reaching out through Xfinity Forums with your question about your modem. There is a good chance that your modem may not work if you connected it to a different cable outlet. Sometimes not all the outlets in your home are activated. If all the other lights on the modem are on except the online light, that would tell me that the outlet is not active. You may want to move it back until you can have a tech out to activate that other outlet for you.
