Moved to another state and the new equipment is being shipped to the old address

I recently moved to a different state and and applied for moving of service. Returned the equipment at the old address. Paid 15 $ additional to have delayed delivery at my new address. I received an email today with fedex tracking and the new equipment is being shipped to the old address.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
