Moved service to a new state. Now what?

I moved from CA to NJ and have Internet service setup at new address. However, when I login to Xfinity account only see old address and service cancelled. I do not see an active account at new address. You sent absolutely 0 information if I need to setup a new account, or anything. It's as if I'm in limbo land. I would have expected everything to transfer over seamlessly. Now what?
