Moved outside of coverage months ago, never cancelled service.
Hello! I moved out of the coverage area months ago due to emergency, (last year) and have not used the internet service in 6+ months, I never cancelled it however and still have been paying full price. Now I am months behind. Is there any way I can pay a cancellation fee and return the router and get these charges removed from my account as no service was provided? Is there any possibility of refund on service payments aswell? Thanks in advance!
