Moved And now I can’t get Xfinity help please

So I moved to a new house. I live on a private lane and Xfinity doesn’t service my area I opened a ticket to get a survey they’re coming out in the next 7 to 10 days but they lady that called me to set up the survey said it was gonna cost $21,000.00 To get service to my house. My question is is with all the Covid and stuff my kids do online schooling is there anyway I can get some sort of help for this they really need Internet and I also need it to run my business.

I don’t believe there’s not much you can expect in help, unless you have neighbors that want service and might chip in. Also, wait for the actual survey results but there are lots of costs involved with extending service

Unfortunately, because construction has confirmed your address is outside of our footprint and that it would be your responsibility to pay the cost to extend the lines, there isn't much we can do in this situation.
