Moved and cannot connect to Peacock

I have moved and my subscription to peacock is not working.  I even went into an Xfinity store and no one could help me.   I was told that I had wait for Peacock to get a hold of me????????  since I left a message at 833-580-0577, which is the number for peacock that no one answers. This is very frustrating since I pay Xfinity for Peacock service!
