Move with service overlap

I am moving soon and would like my internet service to overlap, so I have simultaneous services at both addresses for a short period.  Is there a way to go about doing this?

As best I can tell, the answer is yes.  But it requires sending a direct message which I cannot do until I create a post, it seems.

@user_54a3a0 Thanks for the post! Yes, that's correct. It's possible. We can help get that all set up. Please send us a privatge message with your full name and service address.

To send the requested information in a private message to Xfinity Support from any Forum page:

  •    Click "Sign In" if that prompt is visible
  •    Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3Pb1ftn
  •    Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person", but don't do that.
  •       Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.
  •   Select "Xfinity Support" from the list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •   Press Enter or tap the >icon to send it
