Move wifi cable from second floor to basement

Hi! Our wifi cable is installed in the second floor of our house. I would like to schedule a technician to come to my house to relocate the wire to the first floor. I understand there's a charge for this, which is no problem.

I'm reading earlier messages saying this kind of appointment is possible, but I do not see the option to send a direct message. I'm signed into my account.  I've also tried very hard to get through the virtual assistant, but it is not at all helpful.

Any help appreciated! Thank you so much!
