Move underground cable line

I've called multiple times to determine what needs to be done to move the underground cable line.  We are adding an addition onto the house and need to have the cable line moved so footers can be poured.  Each time I've been told that the technician would call within a couple of hours which has not occurred.

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

@XfinityCassandra​ Hello Cassandra. I have the same exact issue. I have called multiple times and have not received any help. The lines are getting in the way of a commercial project that we are starting. What can I do? Please help. Thanks.
