move services

I am moving and need to move and transfer my wifi and tv service to new address. I have tried multiple times on multiple different days online and every time it says Xfinity is having a problem with their website. You are an internet service provider and your website [Edited: "Language"]. How and I supposed to fix this issue? I don't have time to spend hours at a store or on the phone with someone.

We'll first need to verify the address is serviceable. To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account? 

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
  • Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
