To transfer your NOW Internet service to a new location, you must first disconnect your existing NOW account and then sign up for a new account at your new address, either through the NOW Portal or at a Xfinity Retail Store. Please note you cannot take your current NOW Internet Gateway with you, so it's recommended to recycle it.
