Move service

I am writing to request urgent assistance with transferring my Xfinity service to my new address. I have already attempted to schedule a move, and I was told a ticket was put in. However, I have not received any resolution or response, and my move date is approaching quickly.

At this point, I feel as though I’m being given the runaround when I’m simply trying to continue my Xfinity service at my new location. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could review my account and provide me with a clear update and timeline for completing my service transfer.
