Move service request and activation

Hi! I transferred service on 9/25/26 from [Edited: "Personal Information"] . The live coax outlet is not connecting to the xfinity network. When I check the addresses in the xfinity system there's an apt [Edited: "Personal Information"]  and apt [Edited: "Personal Information"]  which may be causing the issue? Or, can someone check to see if my unit address is activated for service?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_txyo26 - Thank you for taking Xfinity with you into your new home! It's important the address and apt numbers are correct. Let's take a closer look together.
