Move purchases from one account to another...

I'd like to move purchased movies from one account to another.  How can this be done?

Thanks for reaching out to us, if you did a move or transfer of service, your on demand purchases would automatically transfer over to the new account.

 

But if you didn't go through the move or transfer process and disconnected your services and then signed up for Xfinity service at a new address, if it has been less than 60 days we can move those over to your new account.

 

To get started send me a direct message including your first and last name and complete service address.

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message

@XfinityOrlandoM​ thanks for the fast response.  Both accounts are active.  I just want to move the purchases from one acount to the other.

Awesome, if both accounts are in your name or your listed as the primary or manager on the account,  than we should be able to transfer those over for you.
