Move out date ignored
Is there any way to get service back to the old place until the actual move out date selected when starting the move process? It just decided to remove the old gateway and address from a full day in advance, leaving us with no Internet for basically a whole day while trying to get ready to move. And in the future is there a way to actually set a move out date that won't just be ignored?

Hello @user_s9dz41 We'd have to check the order to see what happened with the dates. But the fix if a transfer completed early would be to transfer it back to the old address to turn it back on and then set up a new transfer for your new place with the correct date once the service is back on at the old one. Sounds like we are only one day out and I apologize for the inconvenience of this. But if you want us to complete that just let us know.
