Move gone WRONG, 2 months later and still not fixed!!

I have called/chatted so many times and have spent at minimum 30hrs on trying to get my account fixed and am absolutely done! I have never met such a level of incompetence in my life. A simple move to my new home created an errant second account, switched my phones from 10gb shared data at $60 to unlimited (that I did NOT approve) not getting discount on having mobile phone and internet combo additional discount because again they are now on two separate accounts with same address! I was told on Friday, July 19 that they were combining accounts and am due minimum $60 credit and “someone” would be emailing me within 10 hours to confirm everything and credit account. Here we are 5 days later and NOTHING! There is absolutely zero accountability with this company and all they cause is stress and headaches
