Move Comcast Utility Box
We are developing the second phase of a neighborhood in the Villages/Lady Lake Florida. Comcast previously installed lines in the neighborhood before the lots were developed. We need 2-3 boxes moved because they are located in the middle of driveways. We own all the land and have the proper easements, so there is no issue on that front. How do we get the right person to come out and look at this? Greatly appreciate your help!

The concern is not "Community Center" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hey @NewStarDevelopment, thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. Thanks @EG as well for bringing it to our attention. We have a team that works directly with developers for projects and they can be reached on their site here. Being that it is only 2-3 of them though, I can set up separate appointments for each if it is easier if you can send us a direct message.
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct messaging" icon near the top right of the page
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
