Move cables to a new utility pole

We recently built a new house.  The old utility pole is blocking our new driveway.  The electric company removed their lines but, as you know, they cannot move the Xfinity lines.  Our builder and we have been trying to get you to come out for over six months.  We cannot use our driveway.  Can you please help?
