Move and Change Service

I am a senior citizen moving to a new residence. I would like to move the physical location of my service and change the details of my service.

1) How do I schedule the move of service?

2) How do I make the following changes to my service plan?

   a) Drop internet service entirely because I no longer use it.

   b) Reduce the number of TV channels.

   c) Continue phone service and keep my old phone number and use it for my new residence (which is less than a mile away from my old residence)

3) How do I speak with a human operator to accomplish these things, learn what equipment I need to return after dropping internet service, and get everything set up at my new residence?
