Move a cablecard to new address

I have an active cablecard and I am moving to a new home and need to transfer the cablecard to the new address. I have went to the Xfinity store and they tell me that they cannot do cablecards anymore. I also called and they gave me that same answer. How do I get my cablecard moved to the new address?
