More unnecessary increases

So, once again Comcast increases their fees and does not provide any explanation.    I've had a business class account for more than 20 years.   First, the amount for having the static IP increased by $5.  Someone on this earth please explain how it can cost more this month to have an IP address than it did last month?   What major changes have taken place with having a static IP that will somehow improve the customer experience, and therefore justifies this increase.

The equipment fee went up $2.00.   Since I have not changed my hardware, explain to me how increasing my fees on equipment which I did not change is going to improve my performance and customer experience?

Now there is a $3.95 fee to try and force me to go paperless.

So, here is nearly $12.00 in increased fees, yet nothing has changed or improved or been explained with regards to my service.    Personally, I have reached the end of the bill increases and may begin looking elsewhere for a service that does not keep increasing year after year, when I as the customer see absolutely no improvements.

In 2023 my monthly bill was $114.85.    The cost of the static IP was:  $4.95.

My bill today is $151.36 and the cost of the static IP is:  $29.95.

So, explain to me why you needed to increase the cost of my static IP from $4.95 to $29.95, a nearly 85% increase!!!!

Where is the huge performance gain and improved customer experience from an increase in the cost of an IP address?

This is nothing more than charging customers more money for little to no gain for the customer.  Unless these costs are brought down and restored, I'll have no choice but to go elsewhere.

I tried to view the comment back to your post.... looks like Comcast is hiding it so we cannot see what they said to you. This company is become a joke.

user_dsd6nm, I know that it is difficult when your bill increases. We are all feeling the sting of that with so many things these days. We would be happy to go over your bill and see if there is a plan that would fit your budget better. If you would like us to work with you, please send the  DM as mentioned earlier.
