More Shady Business Practices

I am locked into a deal with out of nowhere my plan got hiked up when I am still under promo! It is impossible to talk to a human at this company, I am going with fidium! Comcast's support or lack of and billing practices should be illegal!

Hello! How can you guys raise the price of my plan when it is supposidly locked in for 2 years? I love your shady and illegal business practices, the unability to talk to a human on the phone. I am going fidium fiber!

For reference, your billing statement will always note the promotional end dates in green on the third page under, "Regular Monthly Charges." Does yours still show? The concern is not related to Xfinity Compliments................... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
