More lies by Xfinity customer service agents

I was just hung up on by a customer service agent, the promised to match a 5 year  promotion that Tmobile is runing so I would not disconnect my service. They kept sending me multiple service requests email that only stated a 12 month promotion. When I asked about this, the agent told me not to worry it was good for 5 years. When I questioned it again she blamed it on her system. She also told me maybe I should call back, she then put me on hold and then the call disconnected. IncecI went back to the emailed service request, they all showed they expired even though they said they were good for 72 hours. This is why people are getting away from Xfinity, because the customer service agents will say anything to get you to sign with them.
