Monthly Outages/Lack of Customer Support
Hi!
I'm posting here because I cannot get a hold of a human being to talk to or an email address. I've had Xfinity for years and rarely had any issues. In August 2025, Xfinity did work in my area in order to enhance network delivery, etc. Ever since then, there has been a disruption of services at least once a month (that can last a few hours). Twice this week alone I have had disruptions in services. What is going on? I've never had issues like this with Xfinity. I just want to talk to a human being and receive quality services that I am paying for. Can someone please help me? Thank you!
