Monroe/West Monroe LA Service Restoration Updates

Is it possible to get any updates on Xfinity service restorations post the major ice storms that hit Monroe/West Monroe LA areas? I understand the challenges faced due to this major impact and waiting on power restorations as well but there has been little communications on ETAs or efforts being taken. Thank you.

user_68feef Hi there! We hope that you and your family are remaining safe! We know the severe weather has impacted many homes, and our Maintenance Team is working as hard as they can to restore services. You can go to our Xfinity Status Center to see if there have been any updates. This is also where the Estimated Time of Resolution will be posted (if available)

Unfortunately the status has remained the same for a week and there is no ETA shown. The only information shared was via text earlier in the week stating services could possibly be restored on Feb 5th but no updates since and services are still down or severely degraded.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
