Modify address

I am moving into an apartment and when I put in the correct address, Xfinity changes the zip code. I checked with my apartment building and they said the zip code is incorrect. How can I modify the address/zip code? Someone also lives in the apartment currently and uses Xfinity under that address.

Also, how can I communicate with customer service that is not AI? It is very difficult to find actual customer service or an email to contact. AI does not answer my questions and says I need to sign in before helping me even though I am signed in already.
