Modern Warfare 4 Beta Code Redemption
Hello, I just recently activated the reward to get the Open Beta code for Modern Warfare 4, and I ended up accidentally closing the tab before I could use the code on the CoD site. It also isn't showing up in my "Active Rewards"/Redeemed Rewards page or anywhere on the Member Rewards page now.
It also isn't showing up anywhere in my emails either.

Hi AWilis17, thanks for stopping by the community forums to reach out! I'm sorry to hear that you ran into issues retrieving you code for the open beta. If you haven't already, I'd recommend logging out of the Xfinity Membership website, and logging back in to see if you have the ability to redeem the offer again, or if it appears in your redeemed rewards.

Please send us a direct message with your full name, name on the account (if different), and service address, and we'll get the ball rolling!
How to Send Us a Direct Message:
1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.
