Hey @user_4x9sks, and thanks for reaching out about one of your rewards you were trying to redeem. Unfortunately that rewards time limit to claim was from Sept. 20th to October 15th. At this time it would be able to be redeemed as we have gone past the last day it was able to be accepted.
