Modem/router Pick up

I placed an order online and chose to pick up my Modem/router from a local store.  This was 2 days ago, and the last message I got was "Your Xfinity order has been confirmed and will be ready for pickup soon."  I haven't heard back since.  Can I just go straight to the store?  Also, can I go to any store or do I need to actually go to the store I chose?  Thanks

Well, you came to the right place to get that answered for you. Yes, you can go right now and pick that modem up from the location that you picked when you set up the order.-Richard

@XfinityRichard​  Thanks for the quick reply!  Unfortunately, I chose the wrong branch when selecting a location.  How do I make the change?

Hi there, @user_cd0fbc That's not a problem at all! I'm sorry, you can't go back and change it. All Xfinity Stores do have modems in stock since it's common equipment that our customers always need. You can just go into the nearest location and let them know what happened, and they will get you set up. Make sure you bring your account number, and ID with you.-Richard
